The important thing to do in your speech is provide valuable and interesting information to your audience. What are you telling your audience that they don't know already? This outline seems quite general. You also seem to be trying to make your speech broader instead of deeper. This means that you are covering a lot of issues, but only superficially, instead of taking fewer issues and digging into them deeper in order to find information that requires more expertise to master. Dig deeper instead of wider!
